Does serrapeptase cause period to come earlier ?

I was diagnosed of endometrioma(chocolate) Cyst in 2012.

I started taking serrapeptase in sept 2019 i am also taking ubiquinol. my condition has improved but am afraid my cycle is now 19-21 days instead of 27-30 days.

Hey. I dont have answer to ur question. But just a question? What is the size of your cyst? Amd has the size decreased after taking serrapeptase?

The cyst was about 4.5 cm and i felt so much pain on my pelvic area and thighs during ovulation and menstruation. now i do not feel any pain at all on my thigh and then little signs that indicates am on my period.

for the change in size, i have not checked but i do not feel the ball whenever i touch that area, unlike before.

Not for me. I have been taking it for 2 cycles now nothing has changed so far.

It depends on your dosage my dear. if you are on smaller dosage, you need to be patient.

i started with 4 pills of 120,000 SPU (for about a week) first thing in the morning on empty stomach and then eat after two hours. then gradually increased it to 5 pills and now am taking 6 pills of 120,000 SPU.

watch your food too. i try to reduce carbs and eliminate it most of the time in my food.

I didnt even know i was on my period the last one that just ended. I thought i was peeing blood, only to find out it was my period coming...am just worried it came earlier.

The change in diet may also be the reason for the early period (i read it somewhere...not sure dear).

I am just watching my body and hopig we would all smile at the end of the tunnel.

Thank you for your kind words. Were you taking the 4 pills at once? I have been taking the 40,000 SPU. Is that the only kind of pill you take?
