hi, me and my partner have been TTC my last period was 17th april and was due on again two days ago but nothing has come, i had a bit of light (orange) bleeding two week ago which i put down to ovulation bleeding, i have took a preg test today which was negative so im wandering if endo can cause my missed period?

does endo cause missed periods?
Yes endo can cause all types of problems with periods. I sometimes used to go months without having a period then would get a really really heavy one that lasted for longer than usually. It's nothing to be worried about in the means of being pregnant. But it may be worth going to the doctor and asking them about the pill or other types of contraceptive's that will help regulate your periods.
Hope this helps
Hi, I also had missed periods. When I fell pregnant with my first my dates were completely out as I had skipped a period. Your bleeding may have been implantation bleeding, I'd be inclined to test again in a few days. I got pregnant with my 2nd when my first was 12wks and the early test was negative at first. Good luck!
