Has anyone experienced pain in their vagina after a swimming session? Feels like a urine infection pain and is very painful when going to relieve yourself after a swimming session for a couple of days

Not sure if it is related to endo

Thanks x

Hi, funny you saying this as I too have the same experience with swimming most of the times. Even though I love it as is gentle on my body I have noticed the same.

I have found the sweet spot of 35 min for session no more than 3 times a week in the pool before i start getting irritated. Anything more than that is not good gor me.

I have always assumed it was the chlorine in the water causing irritation as I only get it at swimming pools - but could be something else.
