Can an ovarian cyst rupture make my endo flare up?

I have endo to the point where both my tubes are blocked. Saturday night i was intimate with my boyfriend and had a sudden sharp pain, this is the worst pain I have ever experienced during sex. Afterwards the pain would not ease so i wemt to the er. They did a ct scan and found a cyst with some free fluid around it, so they said it had ruptured and that i would be sore for a couple days but nothing serious. 2 days later I went to a different ER because the pain was still so bad, i couldn't even go to work. They told me the cyst was gone after and ultraspund and they have no idea why i was in so much pain and sent me home. I am 6 days away from my period so I'm curious if the rupture just made everything flare up or if maybe the pain is being caused by anything else?? Idk i just feel so lost and confused and i can't get into my ob until december 😥 Also, i do not believe it was a chocolate cyst since none were found in my surgery on July 1st and I don't have a history of them
