Passing tissue and endo flare-up

Just looking for some advice really to see if anyone has had similar experiences. So past a lump of what the doctor believes to be endometrial tissue that's somehow broken off. Prior to that I have been in pain if my lower stomach. Just before it happened I felt very nauseous and pain increase these symptoms have continued even though I've passed tissue. When to see the GP and they said there was nothing to worry about as long as the symptoms didn't persist and I felt better in my self. It's been a while now and still in pain every day normally this would come and go but recently this has been constant. Contacted the GP again got a different doctor who didn't seem to understand or read notes correctly. Was just hellbent on asking me where I was in my cycle which I couldn't give her an answer because I bleed on and off all the time. Has anyone had a similar experience. Could it be a flare up just different to what I've normally had. I've had endometriosis symptoms since I was 11 I wasn't diagnosed until I was 26. Passing clots I have heard multiple times but never passing a lump of tissue.

I'm wondering if you've started a decidual cast but then it didn't fully come away, hence the continued pain. But I am not a Dr and its so rare a Dr wouldn't think about it. It's meant to be more common for people on contraception but there's no hard rules on these things.

Hugs

Thank you I am on the mirena so maybe it is that. I did mention that the doctor wasn't sure and just said she would refer me back to gynae if I continued to get lumps.

Thank you pain is starting to get back to normal now. Was worried about that being a menopause symptom as I'm not even thirty yet. I'm hoping inside was just raw for a bit after.

I'm glad you're feeling better, hopefully it won't be, but I must add I've been peri from since I was 36. Sending you a big hug 🤗❤️ ooh plus sometimes I don't get any pain at all either just a pulling sensation

Errr lumps aren’t “normal” they maybe common…. but can indicate adenomyosis .
