I had a laparoscopy 7 weeks ago to drain an endometrioma and diathermy. Is it normal to still feel extremely tired? I've had my bloods checked and I'm mildly anaemic. I've been taking iron tablets and increased my red meat and vegetable intake but so far I'm not feeling the benefit.

It took me a good 2-3 months to get my energy levels back up to normal (for me) after each lap. It was full excision both times, so maybe a bit more extensive than what you had done, but even so.
It took me a while to get back to my normal self, kept thinking I was up to doing more and then getting really fatigued when I did! We forget that it's such a big procedure! Go easy on yourself xx
Well after my first lap , my iron n vitamin d level went down ,my gp gave me suppliments so yeah after 3 months ,i was feeling normal.
