Lap follow up

Evening all

This is my first time writing so if I do something wrong I’m sorry.

I was diagnosed with Endo last year and had lap surgery and my tubes Cleared. I was never told what stage I had or if I had to do any follow up appointments.

My first period was amazing no pain, I felt like I was on top of the world no hot water bottle. But since then I have got worse. I’m now getting depressed due to not being able to do sport cause feeling sick, bloated and no energy.

I have finally caved and booked a dr appointment but I’m scared of what they will say.

Now to add to worry my sister is pregnant and my family won’t talk to me because I’m the oldest and I should be pregnant first and can’t give my parents the wanted grandchild.

Has anyone else seemed to get worse after their first lap and has anyone got any advice on relaxation techniques.

Thank you in advance for any help.
