Hi All,

Can anyone please clarify me on this.

I had lap exactly two weeks ago, and after 4 days of my surgery I got my endo pain back (severe pain in lower back which radiates along the left legs and knees).

Does it mean that I am getting my endo back ?

And doctor also mentioned after lap , that I had some endo adhesions on the backside of the uterus.Does it affects in anyway ?

Does anyone experienced the same ?

I am so scared please help me on this :(

Thanks in advance

Hang in there. You've just had surgery and they would have moved all sorts of things around. If you have over exerted yourself you can aggravate everything. Plus we can focus on it and worry ourselves sick. It won't happen that fast .... take care of you. Did they get rid of the endo they saw? Hopefully they burnt any visible signs of it away. After the laps I had and removal of what they saw I always felt better for it for months. Go easy on yourself and I hope you feel better soon. x

Thanks for your reply :)

I feel pain has reduced considerably than before.

Yes I had a chocolate cyst of size 4cm in left ovary. It was removed and they have also mentioned that they have performed adhesiolysis for removing the adhesions on the back of utreus.

Hope things will be fine :)

Hi, I had something similar- removal of chocolate cyst, adhesions on both ovaries and endo spots in POD. I’ve just had the WORST pain for over 5 days- I’ve read that the pain is often worse because your nerve endings where the endo was are still trying to connect to your healthy tissue again. So don’t try not to worry. I always tell myself I’m in control of my pains and ride my way through them. Don’t let yourself slip under the pain- stay on top and positive x
