Feel like I’ve taken 2 steps back 😫

This morning I went to the gym and just did some light walking when all of sudden my dull ache got worse. I’ve had it for a few days but now it’s intensified and feels like an elephant is sat on me again

During my lap, my surgeon found a cyst which he drained but didn’t remove it for some reason. But he did remove the endo found.

I always get this dull ache before my period but I’m late this month 🙄 I feel like surgery hasn’t helped and I can’t see the doctor till the 30th November which is ridiculous.

Anyone know what could be causing this pain? Xx

4 months ago, I went to the doctors a few weeks ago who said I will be fully recovered now and should just wait a bit before going back. Yeah I told the receptionist about the pain but they are fully booked until the 30th unless there is a cancellation. xx

Well I find that to be a lie for a start as I work in a doctors surgery and they must have urgent appts on the day! I feel for you sweet with being in pain.... I would be ringing my GPS back up and giving it to the receptionist.

Hmmm yeah it is strange if it was 4 months ago coz they do say Give it 12weeks before you do any form off exercise.

Do any pain killers help you at all? Xxx

I recovered quite quickly so I have been going to the gym a while and only just started getting pains again now.

Painkillers have never helped which is really annoying xxx
