I've just seen an advert for Livia and it's got good reviews but it's expensive for it not to work, has anyone tried it before? Not sure if this will help endo period pains or it's just for regular pain.

I have one. In my opinion it worked for me. It took away the pain by distracting my brain from

thinking about the pain and made me focus on the sensation which is unusual to start with but you get used to it. Then you carry on and forget you’re even wearing it.

It’s hard to say for everyone as everyone’s pain is different but for me it worked gave me the freedom not to have to rely on medication as I was taking a lot of ibuprofen and paracetamol. I too thought it was a bit pricey but within the 1st month I felt it was completely worth it.

Good luck xx

It's basically a tens machine! But a cheaper one from chemist ext and will,do the same thing. Just conning women into buying one with fancy name and colours.
