I was diagnosed with endo stage 3 aged 37, 3 years ago and had laparoscopic treatme.t for adhesions and endo lesions in 2015.
For the last year I have been experiencing right sided severe hip pain, that no painkiller eases and only relief I get from it is using heat. I noticed a few months ago that the pain flares up around the time of my period, and remains bad for a few days afterward. I have this pain with accompanying mid-back pain and as a result I really struggle to sleep because its so severe and unrelenting.
I have seen a private physio, an NHS physio, chiropractors and a foundation training practioner, and all are left with no.clue as to why my hip is so sore. Could it be endo?
Has anyone else had such bad hip pain? If so, what treatments worked for you?

That sounds like the pain I get. That and fatigue are my main symptoms and I've just been diagnosed with severe endo about 6 weeks ago. I have it all month but it does get a lot worse the week before my period. Codeine is the only painkiller I've found that helps but I try to to not use it too often and only at night as I get so spaced on it.
I thought my pain was joint related initially so went to a chiropractor and that does help me. It doesn't take the pain away completely but it's definitely reduced it by a lot. My chiropractor said she's seen quite a few women with endo and says it just helps to keep everything moving and correct alignment issues caused by pain/posture or adhesions. I was seeing her twice a week ago and now every 3 weeks and my codiene use has reduced massively since going. I've been going about 7 months now.
I also do yoga every day. I get out of bed moving like a 90 year old but once I've stretched on my mat, I'm usually feeling a lot better. Lots of gentle forward bends really help and big side stretches. I highly recommend yoga with Adriene on YouTube. She has lots for back & hip pain.
I've not had any treatment for the endo yet, I'm waiting to be seen by the gynae in a few weeks.
I'm also about to try cbd oil add ice heard great things 🤞🏻 it helps.
I have stage 4 endo and I get hip and lower back pain it’s usually cyclical and pain killers don’t touch it. Heat is nice. The advice of chiropractor sounds like a good. X
I have right hip and back pain too. I have read on" bloomin uterus" (an Australian endo web site) that endo can attach itself to nerves including the sciatic. I haven't found much mention of it here in the UK. a few surgeons in Saudi (Nezat Ali) seem to be able to treat it surgically. however don't take my word for it as there is so much" hokey stuff " out there. so I will be asking at my next gosrelin implant day.
