I had a lap on Sunday and I wish someone could have gave me this advice beforehand so please if you are about to have surgery take these tips on board and don't make the same mistake I made!😩
1. Take a bowel cleanser like movicol a couple of days before your surgery and every day after. (I still haven't been and it's been 5 days!)😓
2. Get some antihistamines! The wounds will itch like hell and if you take piriton everyday during your recovery it will definitely help the itch!
3. Get some anti sickness tablets. You may be in a lot of pain and will need some strong painkillers such as tramadol and the last thing you want is to be sick!!!
I really really hope this advice helps some of you ❤️

Oh I totally second taking something for your bowels! I ended up constipated for just over 3 weeks (except for one day about 2 weeks in when I swear my wee bunny has done bigger ones than that) and ended up taking three forms of laxatives to get things going again. Not a highlight in my life so far 😣
Haha that made me laugh! Not because you were constipated but your comment about your bunny 🤣 I know it's horrible!! The doctor has given me fybogel and senna 😩
Aw I know haha! I’ve never shouted at a toilet before that day I was raging 😂! Have you tried those horrible sachets yet, think they’re called laxido or something, that claim to be orange flavoured? 🤢 they lied.... x
Hahaha 😂😂😂 I think i have! Ages ago ano they are minging 😷 but she's given me fybogel this time! They taste worse than the movicol! But if it helps me go then I'll just have to put up with it! And hold my nose 😂😂🤦🏼♀️x
