Hi everyone im new here so hope im posting in the right place.
Had my 1st appt at endo clinic this week and have been booked in for a lap in the new year.
Consultant said theres a 50 50 chance he will find anything as ive had 3 children by 25. 2 of which were prem. Have red that endo can cause prem labour.
Really nervous about the lap as never had to be put to sleep before 😑
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hey, I understand the nervousness you’re experiencing.
I have posts on my page up until my first lap and a day to day recovery after for a while with incision pictures. I’ve had many replies that were very helpful for me so feel free to take a look. If you have any specific questions feel free to ask me.
Try not to be. I am 1 day post lap and having a lap is fine. It’s the best part. You get knocked out and wake up a few hours later. I’m struggling with the gas pain and the stitching. I peed a lot. Like 15 times yesterday.
I have just had my first lap, I was nervous too! Honestly my best advice is to stay calm, have somebody to look after you for a few days and don't push yourself to do anything ! X
