So I’ve had the surgery, feeling like been hit by a bus. Fingers crossed they got it all.
I have one concern. Periods .... I was due on two days before my surgery, I have come on not even spotting and the nurse that did my pregnancy test ran off with it and didn’t write down my results (suspicious much). I’m probably not pregnant especially after surgery that’s not my question. My question is what’s everyone’s experience with this part of it all??
Thank you B x

Mine were within a few days of due but heavier and far more painful, it is a shock to the system so may be its possible for your body to pause when under stress.
I take it you had the pregnancy test before the op.?
Yes maybe it’s my first treatment so obviously my whole self is in shock, I hope it’s worth it 😳
They did the test about an hour before I went in but like I say the nurse ran off with it and didn’t write anything in my notes so the three times I got asked after that I just had to assume it was negative and I said no 🙁 x
I had my lap 3 weeks ago, I was spotting 2 days after it which apparently is normal but I came on my period on the third day after my lap, it was heavy but no where near as bad as it used to be, pain wise I can’t really comment on as was in pain from the lap and was on strong painkillers. I’m due on in a week or so I’m just hoping it’s not as bad as it used to be.
I was due to start the week after surgery, and I'm now one month post op. Still no period😕 Definitely not pregnant. I hope it's normal, but it still worries me.
Finally started!! Physically it's about what I expected from the first post op period, where everything is still tender, but mentally I feel better knowing everything is still working!!
