Painfull period after laparoscopy

Hi everyone I just had my second laparoscopy treatment for fertility and suspected endometriosis, adisions , and tubal surgery..I have had 2 weeks recovery time for this and that seems fine but now I have had my first period and my left tube or overy not sure which one but I am in absolute agony with the period 😳 anyone else had this or experienced this cause it's horrific constant pain and when will it stop ! My consultant phoned me after I had surgery so I was still a bit doped up and not quite sure what she has done altogether and I need to wait 4 WEEK'S b4 she phones me again any suggestions what I can do would be appreciated thank u x
