Is there any natural remedies while help in reducing endometrosis cysts?

Are there any food items?

Any one tried and it helped?

There is a endo diet. I have changed my diet recently I'm eating a lot more fruit and vegetables.

I have also changed my milk, eggs and meat to organic as chemicals used on food can feed oestrogen that makes endo grow.

I am also taking supplements

Omega 3

Multi vitamin for women

Evening primrose oil

Probiotic

Magnesium

Vitamin B complex

Turmeric

Zinc and selenium

My Dr advised Turmeric as it is a amazing anti inflammatory as is omega 3, i have felt a difference since I have been taking, I posted about this last night if you clock on me and find the post.

I hope this helps

Thanks. Will the cysts get suppressed with turmeric? That will be good option for me.

From some info I have read it said will stop the inflammation from the endo, bit unsure about cysts, I won't hurt to try it.

I hope it helps you xx

Read hog hugs also a site called endo resolved-acupuncture also helps tremendously -no wheat yeast sugar meat huge amounts of supplements....any food sold in plastic is junction food no e-numbers etc basically a candida diet is best to start a cleanse. It is a journey and a half!most people op for suppressing it with western meds...or surgery or ivf for pregnancy....iv done all of it and I'm sick of it....
