Hi peppermint tea could help as it released trapped wind . Also gentle walk if possible and drink loads of water . Also rotating your arms is a good one for releasing trapped wind . Hope you feel better soon x
You could look at the Endo Diet - I had bad bloating and found drinking lactofree milk and cutting right down on the amount of bread I eat (I only have it at the weekend now, or else I have gluten free) really helps. You may find other foods make you bloat - its trial and error as to what may affect you, but dairy and wheat is fairly common among us endo sufferers.
Hiya, I would echo Charlie's comment on the endo diet. I have found that cutting out wheat initially and now gluten completely has stopped the bloating I used to suffer from and I have been losing weight. I notice now when I have a lot of gluten as my stomach bloats up and I sometimes get stomach pains/cramps. It might be worth giving it a go
Hi how is your bloating now? I hope its sorted. My mums about yo have her 5th cycle and has a very bloated tummy. She is a slim size 8, it's quite a worry at times x
