I had a lap two weeks ago and a mirena coil put in, they didn't find Endo, but he said sometimes they can't see it!
Is that true so he put the coil in, I stayed in overnight as was poorly I've been bleeding everyday and after a bit of sexual activity last weekend I had blood everywhere!!!! They are referring me back to a urologist for my bladder. Is this bleeding normal?

I had the Mirena coil fitted in June and I am still getting spotting on and off every couple of weeks but haven't had a proper period since June.
I also still get fresh bleeding after sex. I spoke to my doctor about this and she said that it is normal initially and should settle down providing you are not at risk of having caught a STI and that your smear is up to date.
Since having the Mirena fitted though I am bloated all the time and generally feel lousy so I am thinking of having it removed and trying to cope with the endo naturally.
I had the mirena coil fitted nearly 4 weeks ago when i had a lap. I bled for 2 weeks after, but i wasn't sure if that was caused by the fitting of the coil, by the lap or they fact they removed cysts and treated endo......
