Belly button area hurting after laprascopy been 3 weeks

I had laprascopy 3 weeks ago I was ok suddenly 3 days ago my belly button area hurts and is sore is this normal xx

Could be bruising coming out, my belly button plays up now and then still after 8 months. Could be an infection, I had from after my lap, would get it checked out with your doctor, you may need antibiotics x

Hey.. I also had a laparoscopy 4 weeks this Monday.. My belly button is still healing with dissolvable stitches and is also very sore... I was at the doctors this week to have my stitches check as it was weeping. I was advised to make sure it stays dry as in the heat your belly button gathers sweat.. So every thing you go to the toilet just pat it dry my stitches are slowly dissolving. And can't wait for it to be completely gone!! There so annoying!!!

I had my lap 6 weeks ago and my belly buttons still sore, I did have an infection 3 weeks ago and had antibiotics but it's still swollen and sore to touch, my doctor has contacted the hospital where I had my op, I'm just waiting to hear from them. Probably best to go to see your doctor X
