More Sleep and Sensor Issues: DEXCOM

Well, after another bad night's sleep, I finally decided this morning that I would change the sensor and get a free replacement sent to me. I called after switching the sensors and the Rep. at Tech. Support was really helpful ( the second time I called today ( the first call got dropped!)). I had explained what has been going on with being up more than twice a day/night this week and I didn't know why at one point I had been woken for a reading that was going sideways ( it wasn't a low number and never went down).

After the 2 hour warm up period ended, my number was 264->. I was surprised about that number because I thought it would've been a little lower than that at the time, but it's better than having no data for unknown periods of time during the day.

With this new sensor, I'm hoping things will be less tiring and more stress free days. I'm also hoping that the sensor can work the entire 10 days nonstop.

Well, this is all for right now. More news to come soon. Stay safe, happy and healthy! :-)

Thank you! Will see how this one works out and hopefully, it'll be able to go for the 10 days with no issues. :-)

All this is very frustrating for you.

I so hope the replacement will arrive quickly and give you the 10 days readings stress free.

Thank you, Ellie. My new free sensor should be here today before the end of the day, but not sure exactly the exact time.:-)
