Another Free Sensor is on It's Way: DEXCOM (Otro Sensor Libre está en es Camino: DEXCOM)

Well, I just got off the phone with DEXCOM and got myself another free sensor that should be here in the next 3-7 business days shipped by using FedEx. The sensor I had just removed has been acting up all day. It finally worn itself out and didn't come back after the 3 hour waiting and see what happens period. So, I called and talked to the Rep. who said he'd put the order in right away this evening since it never made it the full 7 days.

I'm hoping the new sensor I just asked for comes when I'm home. I wonder if temperature has something to do with some of the issues..... I know there's a standard temperature that all the sensors are suppose to be at, but most of them are in a room that isn't too cold or too hot here in the house. Not that sure what's going on, but will see when the new one comes soon.

Before I removed the old sensor, I noticed that it kept having the question marks and the hour glass showing at the top right hand corner of the screen. It kept going back and forth between those two icons. Odd!

¡Raro!

Keep on reading! More to come next week.

¡Siga leyendo! Más venir la próxima semana.

3 question marks mean that the sensor can't figure out which way the blood sugars are heading. The hour glass is where you can't test for an hour until it goes away.

Gosh! That's a bit confusing because you don't know if your bloods are going up or down when it shows 3 ???'s. The hour glass sounds it's like the old symbol we used to have when the internet wasn't working or connecting up. Have you got a manual blood sugar testing metre? If you have a manual one you could check your blood to be on the safe side and save on stress and worry.

Yes, but I have to go back to see if there are enough strips for the future with the Breeze2.
