If you were lowering carbohydrate did you increase your fats?
If you didn't your approach is wrong. You need to adopt a lifestyle, not a temporary diet that, keeps carbohydrate to a very low level and the only way to replace the consequential energy loss is to base that lifestyle on healthy fats.
Adopting a permanent lifestyle change such as this will almost certainly positively impact on your ambition to start a family.
Better consult your gynecology Dr again. then I've Since you are trying to concieve and blood sugar is high maybe you are suffering from pcos. Metformin is useful in these condition. Better take the advise of your Dr only and don't risk yourself by discussion anywhere.
Your blood sugar levels are near normal and shouldn't be too worried, follow strict regime of balanced food with low glycemic index and work through a disciplined exercise / activities and change lifestyle to remain active and prepare the body for a sound sleep. I suggest you constantly seek advise form a specialist Dr.
