Nature has provided all mammals with breast milk in order to feed the offspring of its species. Is it not therefore common sense that Cow’s milk is meant for the offspring of Cows and not for humans? If a grown up Cow was offered milk it would sniff it and say “No, thank you. I would rather have grass.” No animals drink milk once they are weaned. Humans on the other hand teach their young ones that once they are weaned, the Cow should take over. Have you ever seen a Zebra nursing a Giraffe, or a dog nursing a horse? But human beings are doing just that even though they drink milk from a glass. The chemical composition of cows milk is different from that of human milk. The enzymes Rennin and Lactase that digest milk are all but gone in humans by the age of three. There is 300% more Casein (a sticky substance) in Cows milk than in human milk. This is meant for the development of huge bones in cows which are large animals weighing 10 times more than humans. Casein coagulates in the human stomach and puts a tremendous burden on the body to dispel it, leaving behind a great deal of toxic mucus which is not only highly acidic, but which also increases ones weight. By the way Casein is the base for one of the strongest glues used in Woodworking. Dairy products have been found to contain dangerous amounts of Pencillin and other antibiotics due to the rampant practice of feeding cattle with these to speed up their growth. Another myth is that dairy products are a major source of Calcium to the body. First of all, Calcium in cow’s milk is much coarser than in human milk and is tied up with casein. This prevents calcium from being easily absorbed by the human body. You can get all the calcium you need by eating green leafy vegetables, fruits and dry nuts. And where do you think cows get their calcium from? (eating grass). Would you eat tobacco leaves just because of their high amino acid contents? Cow’s milk contains more harmful stuff than good. The irony is that calcium in the body is actually being used up to neutralize the acidic effects of the dairy products you eat. You may have heard experts say that dairy products are an important part of a healthy diet. And there are experts who would say the opposite. You make the choice. No matter in what form you are consuming dairy products, but when you do, you are virtually suckling a Cow. Does that make sense?
