Depends on your diabetic history and how diligently you get on LCHF. Remember that adding butter to chapati and then eating 6 chapatis a day is not LCHF. You will need to count your carbs and fat intake and make sure you are hitting 60% energy from fat. No trans fat.

Thank u.

Post prandial 217 (in between coffe and sugar twice); breakfast (Maybe 50-60gms)upma with lentils inside AND BIG Scoop of AMUL butter. looks like slowly FAT and protein are starting to effect. thank u kcpl.

All Indian diabetics who are following LCHF life are now on dlife.in/ (from what I understood from meenaraju's post on this forum) where it's only LCHF and nothing else.

It may take a while for it to come down from a high band average. Smaller portions, carbs spread out and more frequent eating along with fiber intake should work better. Some seniors perhaps put limit on carb at about 20-30 grams per day in the LCHF regime.

Do go through Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load on Mendosa's blog/url.
