Hi All,

I become very hungry at around 6 PM every day. That is 2 hours before dinner and 3 hours after lunch. Can anybody suggest any good low carb Indian snacks at evening time? I have 200 ml milk, but that doesn't make me feel full.

My office timings are 10 AM to 7.30 PM so it's not possible to have dinner at 6 PM , so i am looking for some low carbohydrate snacks. If I don't eat when i am hungry then my headache starts due to acidity.

Feeling hungry after 3 hrs from lunch is very common phenomena in almost all ppl with high insulin resistance ...this is due to sugar crash...

You may google for sugar crash...

Whenever I feel such hungry...I eat coconut meat...

Have some walnuts & overnight soaked almonds.

Have some digestive biscuits, two no and a glass of water every 30 miniuts in evening,

Have some fruits after two hours and big glass of water after dinner

Do not have fruit, s immediately after dinner

It will defiantly help and improve your health.

I don't actually follow this diet, I just eat whole food and muscle test when what and how much to eat. The LCHF diet would not suit me and I don't need to lose weight.

@Indiana... at 5.30-6 pm.. u can have mix of roasted peanuts( about 30 in no.)almonds (10),walnuts(5-6 halves),other seeds like sunflower,pecan etc... carry always in office.... don't eat masala peanuts.. you can eat more peanuts also... Eat all this before hunger initiation,that is at 5.15.-5.30 pm... cheese is good.(requires fridged one)...u may carry hard boiled unshelled 2 eggs in office.... deshell before eating...avoid biscuits....
