So taking low fat diet?
If I was T2 I would be defiantly be on a LOW CARB diet. In T2 CARBS do the damage. Good luck
I started low card diet about a month ago and I've seen considerable progress I must say. My fasting sugar is 4.7-5.3. I avoided rice, bread, potato, pasta, all sugar of course, and toor dal. Apparently it has carbs. Had toor dal after a month a half today. I prefer moong dal, can make spinach moong dal among other dishes. Have salads, kale, eggs, vegetables. Good luck.
