Avoid milk powder and sweetener. Replace fruits with salads. Reduce or avoid chapati for dinner. Replace it with sprouted and cooked beans, vegetables.
For your high BS levels it will be better if you consume your carbs mostly through green vegetables.
Instead of omelette take two boiled eggs without yolk . do not take sugar . avoid milk powder . take skimmed milk .avoid puri . hope this will control ur blood sugar .
Dear Velmurugan ,You should stop eating roti or puri and include lots of green salad in ur diet, reduce ur carbo intake to the minimum, start walking for atleast one hour everyday without fail. You will feel the difference in a week or two. keep ur medication as suggested by your doctor.

These hunger pangs are related to your high BS and its fluctuations. More the fluctuations you will feel more hungry. To lower BS levels you have to strictly restrict carb intake and have to adjust medicines.
Pickles are ok for taste.
500 mg metafoam - is it metformin only or combination drug? I can not find such a drug.
Why do you take 500mg and 800mg as divided dose with same meal? If it is metformin only then your total daily intake of metformin has reached its limit. ( you taking daily total 2600mg). So I think you are in need of sulfonylurea drug or insulin.
Based on blood sugar level Dr.prescribes control on diet, starting oral medicine max thrice a day and lastly insulin with or without oral medicine. If LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) is followed dependence on internal or external insulin can be reduced as the case may be.
Are you counting your carb intake.? PL. roughly calculate your daily carb consumption. Without lowering BS levels you can not reduce medicines. Looking at your meals I think there is little scope for further reduction in carbs.
Sulfonylurea drug makes beta cells to make and release more insulin. So you are in need of sulfo drug. For that you have to consult doctor. Gliclizide is safe sulfo drug considering side effects of suflonylureas.
LOWERING YOUR CARB INTAKE HAS PHENOMENAL RESULTS. I HAVE LOWERED MY CARBS BY 75% IN THE PAST 4 MONTHS. MY AIC HAS DROPPED FRO 8.4 TO 6.3. OF COURSE EXERCISE IS ESSENTIAL. DO NOT SIT RIGHT AFTER EATING A MEAL. STAND FOR 10-15 MINUTES AFTER YOUR MEAL. MAKES A HELL OF A LOT OF DIFFERENCE IN YOUR BLD SGR LEVEL
