I am 43 years old. I am diagnosed as Diabetic. My readings are FBS 145 mg/dl, PPBS 221 mg/dl and HbA1c >=7.6
Now, I have been told to go on DIET and Exercise for 30 days to 60 days. This is the first step. Later, based on the out come (Lab test), both 30 days put come and 60 days outcome, I will be then subjected to some medication if required,
I want to know few of the LCHF diet, that can help me maintain Low Carb and hig in fat & protein.
Please help me, as I need this list for Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner
