Hi,

Answer to your question, yes you can bring down weight by counting carb.

What is the nurse say at your appointment today?

Eating small portion of food can also help as well as increasing the time between the evening meal and breakfast.

At your age medication can give problems therefore please discuss your medication with your local chemist.

Take care.
