Got told today i have diabetic neuropathy on the very tip of my toes. im 64-year-old male is it anything to worry about

yes it is, you need to keep sugars under control or it will only get worse, mine often wakes me up at night

my Hba1c last time was 51 and the nurse never added to my records about my foot problem it says all good

Like you just said your foot problem it’s not theirs, I find the nurses don’t pay much attention to it, I have told them my feet hurt, I just try to find ways of controlling it myself and keeping sugars under control, I spoke to my GP about it she said try to keep glucose under control, my readings are very good most of time.
