Morning guys and girls they have stopped my infliximab due to it not working i was on amgevita before and that failed. Ive got ulcerative colitis peripheral spondyloarthritis and axial spondyloarthritis but nothing is keeping the colitis at bay. I also need to stop my methotrexate injections because im moving onto tofacitinib. This is my last option before surgery and getting my colon out. Has anyone any experience of tofacitinib for all 3 conditions thanks

Hello what do you eat I have mine under control with diet but only had it mild 🤗
Hi mine is severe. Hence I need to go spewk to a surgeon to discuss my options I have eaten anti inflammatory foods for the past 2 years to no avail 😞
Hello I'm sorry about that I'm one of the lucky ones got it nine half years ago read about diet, as in soluble fibre only as in no skin on fruit or veg no wholemeal food white bread only, mash potato fish chicken no meat, eggs I'm allowed, limited sugar alcohol not during a flare up, no extra mature cheese cheese I limit my cheese now, none during a flare, probiotics for gut health is a must, by time saw the medication specialist my bleeding had stopped and poop normal once day again so I never took meds, 9 half years later few weeks ago it came back I'd all but gone off my diet after a year half, so not sure why it came back I think my immune broke down I'd been eating more cheese and chocolates before Xmas and I had actually believed my first flare was a one off, please keep us informed and i so hope you can find a solution 💛🌻
