Where does your pain present

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with microscopic colitis 5 years ago but have been pretty much asymptomatic up until a few weeks ago and more recently am in lots of pain at night. It presents just under my left rib and over the last week or so round the back of left rib. Just interested to know if this is typical area pain presents. I have a CT scan booked for next week so hopefully will get answers the. Thanks in advance.

Does this coincide with the Covid jab at all?

Yes sadly :(

I had a massive Crohns flare after the first jab - I had been in remission for years. Spent three weeks in hospital and then had the second jab. Same thing has happened again. ☹️

Oh no poor you, I hope it soon settles down for you :(

I hope you get yours sorted too. The CT scan should come up with the answers - and blood tests. Let us know how you get on. 🤗

Left sided pain would fit more with pancreatitis.

You were spot in Bantam. They found a 9mm cystic area on my pancreas on CT. Currently awaiting results of MRCP.
