I’ve been ill for years with ibs but now I have an excruciating pain near my appendix . It’s not appendix but I also have a calprotectin reading of 338. Clear colonoscopy. Can calprotectin be wrong?

Hi, that is similar to me mine is 177 & I have right side pain & diarrhea. I don't think it can be wrong. Have they repeated it?
