Just got in from my final run of week 9, managed 5.5k
Although I've been more of a lurker than a poster on here, I'd like to thank everyone for their comments and inspirational stories, they've been a great motivation over the last 9 weeks

Congratulations!!! Now you can relax and just enjoy the running for a few weeks with no pressure, while you decide if you are going to go for Bridge to 10K
There are several great podcasts on speed and stamina to play around with, if you haven't already found them.
I think I'm going to stick with running for 30 minutes 3 times a week for a couple of weeks before moving on to the C25K+ podcasts, then onwards to 10K
