That's it. Week 9 done three times - all went fairly well.

Totally pleased to have completed the 9 weeks.

This has been a great program.

Thanks for the tips along the way.

I'll stick around, my turn to give some encouragement to new starters.

Fantastic!!!!! Congratulations Phony. Take the rest of the day off and bask in C25k Graduation glory. You should be so proud of yourself. This is life-changing stuff isn't it

Well done! Be sure to claim your virtual badge. You can even buy a proper metal badge (see the link in blue text on the right of your screen)

y, it really is life changing.

I've never known such a feel good factor as after completing some of the c25k weeks. The earlier weeks were fantastic achievements - breaking new barriers. This week was a bit flat tbh. I think you know by wk7/8 you'll make it alright.

It's been helpful mentally as well as physically. I can't believe I can run for 30 mins - for years I convinced myself I couldn't run/jog. That sense of achievement is carrying on in my mind and I'm quietly that little bit prouder inside.

I think I'm sleeping better too.

Also feel less stressed since I started ~3 months ago.

Thank u all again. Thank u NHS/Laura - those podcasts were terrific.

Congratulations and well done PR.

Any plans now or just running for fun?

I think I'll repeat W9 duration for a couple of weeks.

I know I'm very slow and every step hurts, so I've 'officially' completed c25k program, but by no means sailed through.

Maybe in a few weeks I'll sign up for a park run - that's the next goal.

That's fabulous! Yes, it's in the contract that we have to cheer on the new starters and get them through the programme. I know I wouldn't have stuck with it without all the amazing encouragement on here.

Thanks. Wow. Now I see "Graduate" after my name.

Very cool.

I think you might even have to change your name - phony_runner doesn't seem appropriate now you are a real runner !! Congratulations.
