Week eight bring it on :D

Well I have done it week seven is done it was hard going but wasn't going to give in. The gremlins were hanging around telling me how are you never going to run for longer. I just shut them out and thought no I am running ok not very fast. Am learning to cut myself some slack. It's not about the 5k it's the running for 30 mins and my gaols are to complete the course, keep running 30 mins at least couple of times a week and do a park run lol.
