Well completed run 2 w9 yesterday and felt ok, so it's the graduation run tomorrow then start to think about what my long term plan will be. A bit scary without Laura talking in my ear. I'm going to download those follow on podcasts, has anyone else used them or got any tips on next steps.?

Good luck with your graduation run! Try searching the tags to find out what people think of the c25k+ podcasts - I haven't used them myself, but lots of people do, and seem to like them too. I've just done my own thing, and don't run with music, which is probably a bit unusual, but someone has to be different!
Funny you should say about running with no music at all, as a friend has already said to me that I should try it, so maybe I will
I'm lucky enough to live in the countryside, and I really like hearing the birds. I found the music quite distracting, but not in a good way - just annoying quite a lot of the time! It's also a lot easier not having to worry about ipods and ear-things and recharging etc etc.

I've used the speed, stamina and stepping stone podcasts randomly. I've also just run to my own music. It depends how I feel when I get ready. I think they are quite good for moving you on; I'm still struggling to hit the 5k in 30 mins so I'm hoping that the interval training will help with that.
