Almost there...

It is a beautiful frosty, sunny morning & lovely for running 😊 a nice run for number 2 of week 9...not quite as good as saturday morning but they are always my best runs.i have come to the conclusion that its a combination of having had 2 recovery days plus its the very first thing i do on a saturday morning...seems to work best 😊 just one more run on wednesday...very excited 😁
