Today’s run takes me to 48.16 miles for Miles for Mind. Only 1.84 miles to go to hit my target! 😁
It was a pretty good run too. My distance is increasing on the 30 minute runs since I started extending one run a week so I’m feeling pretty happy. Once Miles for Mind is done I’ll be following Ju-Ju’s magic plan to give some structure to extending my runs, n hopefully take me that bit closer to running 5k 🏃♀️
Need to adjust for my next run though as the playing field I usually start on has a fair on it for the next few days 🙄. So now the question is, do I run uphill first then downhill on the way back, or downhill first then uphill? 🤔 I’m thinking uphill first to get it over with 🥵😩😭

I guess you’re a glutton for punishment then 😂😂 Half of my toxic 10 is normally uphill so I’m pretty used to it now. If I go uphill first then it’s all uphill then all downhill. If I go downhill first I get a bit of flat before I turn round at halfway. I thought uphill first might be more of a challenge 🤔
