Todayโ€™s run takes me to 48.16 miles for Miles for Mind. Only 1.84 miles to go to hit my target! ๐Ÿ˜

It was a pretty good run too. My distance is increasing on the 30 minute runs since I started extending one run a week so Iโ€™m feeling pretty happy. Once Miles for Mind is done Iโ€™ll be following Ju-Juโ€™s magic plan to give some structure to extending my runs, n hopefully take me that bit closer to running 5k ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Need to adjust for my next run though as the playing field I usually start on has a fair on it for the next few days ๐Ÿ™„. So now the question is, do I run uphill first then downhill on the way back, or downhill first then uphill? ๐Ÿค” Iโ€™m thinking uphill first to get it over with ๐Ÿฅต๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Great job... one more run! Personally Iโ€™d go down first to separate the toxic 10 from the uphill... so then it can be equally tough all the way ๐Ÿ˜‚

I guess youโ€™re a glutton for punishment then ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Half of my toxic 10 is normally uphill so Iโ€™m pretty used to it now. If I go uphill first then itโ€™s all uphill then all downhill. If I go downhill first I get a bit of flat before I turn round at halfway. I thought uphill first might be more of a challenge ๐Ÿค”

Well, I was going to say equally easy... but then I thought about it ๐Ÿ˜‚

Youโ€™re right... complete the challenge with a challenge... you can and will beat them both.

Definitely uphill first Jill, challenge at the beginning and you can always roll down the hill at the end if your exhausted ๐Ÿคฃ
