Well I think all you 5 x 50 people are doing just grand! Every day I think of you all and wonder how it's going and check for your blogs. I also wonder if there are any 'different' things going on, eg how long on a trampoline to make it count?? Roller skating? Ice skating?
So if you are struggling, keep going, 'you know you can do it'!
And I need the inspiration if I'm going to attempt it next time!!

Ahhh... you guys are so sweet!!!! We love all of our virtual cheerleaders!!!! Both of you have just enough time to prepare for the 5x50 2014 Challenge on our team...NHS C25K team...THE TEAM THAT ROCKS!!!!
Steve and I have walked or ran a minimum of 5K every single day so far. I had one "blitz" of a snowy/icy day which I only walked 1.5 mile and finished up my time with indoor exercises and 200+ stair-steps.
Thank you for checking in on us! we appreciate all of the support you guys offer! Gayle
Thank you so much for the cheerleading - it really does help
It's 5k of running, walking or cycling and 30 mins of anything else. I've just done a 30 minute zumba class and my goodness, I have no co-ordination whatsoever
Ice skating, hmm, I hadn't thought of that, might have to give that a go this weekend!
Haha! It was ridiculous! I spent most of the time going the opposite way and laughing! I will have another go though, after all, I thought I couldn't run....
Thanks for the encouragement - although I haven't done a run today, it got me doing some yoga, which is much better than sitting at the laptop all evening, and I feel good for having done it.
Oh I thank you too x sometimes I'm so knackered at the end of the day, I can't face 1k of anything let alone 5k, but I do do it and feel so much better for it afterwards. I'm sure when the children go back to school after the hols ill be able to get back into my routine and do some daytime exercise, so your encouragement is massively apreiciated thanx x
Thank you so much for your support...it really does make a difference. It is difficult sometimes fitting it in as today for example: only did a 2 km walk, but I will make it up over the weekend. I hope you will joins us next year as we really do ROCK...lol
