W3R2 done this morning. The first jog seemed hardest but the last one I could have kept going a while. Don’t know how long thou! 😳 I only joined this group yesterday it’s good to see other people who are in the same position as me i.e. first time runners who are not exactly youthful!
I’m 63 with certain health issues (I won’t bore you) suffice to say I struggle and I’m not a natural runner.
Keep posting I love hearing your stories.

Welcome and great job getting started. Most runs are harder in the first few minutes, so that’s all perfectly normal... and finishing with the feeling that you could carry on is always a good sign... running on to find out how far is almost always really bad of course. Well done all round.
There’s many of us here who, while not exactly being youthful, are fitter than we’ve ever been in our lives, not to mention happier.
You keep posting too, we are both your support team and your virtual running buddies.
Have a wonderful journey... 1/3 of this plan is done after your next run.
Well done you! I agree with the breathing and stamina improving. I am envious of new shoes. I have the weekend off and do Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 🙂🏃🏽♀️
Yes, Monday, Wednesday and Friday would be my days of choice and a weekend off, but can't resist going out tomorrow then hopefully start week 4 on Tuesday with new shoes 😬
