I wasn't expecting 25 minutes non-stop this evening. I caught myself mentally saying no way, I can't do that, and then I went and did it anyway! This felt like a huge step up. Physically it was kind of ok, but mentally I struggled. I so want to stop at 15 minutes knowing that I had another 10 to go. Then suddenly there were only 5 minutes left and no way was I going to stop running ๐

Brilliant and celebrate that run as you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER BoxSet, onwards and upwards, not too long now until you graduate ๐ ๐๐พ ๐
๐๐ฅณ Now you have both the runners legs and the mindset! Well done!
Brilliant! That sounds so familiar, I had exactly the same gremlins telling me to stop. Well done for ignoring them, I found they ieft me in peace after the first 25 minute run. You're over the worst now, keep it up. ๐
Well done, I find the first 10 minutes is a killer but then it gets better. ๐
Very well done.
Have you heard about the toxic 10? Often the first ten minutes of any run arenโt great as you warm up and get used to running but it settles. Being mentally prepared for that really helps me! Thereโs a post hereโฆ

Great run! Enjoy the next one!
This is a good reminder of keeping mindset in a positive place as I have my first 25min run planned for after work today and already the self doubts are creeping in. Reminding myself I can absolutely do this, slow and steady!!
