I started couch 2 5k programme last year got as far as week 8 then winter crept in along withmy excuses and it waned

don't know why I stopped as I was enjoying seeing the progress made but on this bright frosty morning I have taken up the challenge again

I wasn't sure where to start , but tentatively joined at week 3 and pleased to say I managed it with a little breathlessness but completed it all the same

so I'm firmly back in the camp and have a long season ahead to enjoy my progress and new found fitness

Welcome back. Nice to know that our hard-earned fitness won't disappear overnight.

Let's hope the "long season" is really here now. 8-)
