Over weight. Unfit, but also strong and healthy.... Combo is great for reclining on the sofa! Anyway! What an utter delight this program is, and so good to actually do something totally set up to work! Today finished week five and actually amazingly did the twenty min run!!!!!! And didn't reward my self with chocolate !!!! So happy x

Congratulations Rubies! It is an awesome program and you will never regret doing it! I started much like you at the age of 49.5 and am now running well over an hour. Good luck to you and keep running! Gayle

Well done Rubies. Why not make your reward something to do with your new found love for running. :-)

Good luck with your nest run.
