Got out this morning for this one, should have gone yesterday but was too tired, anyway I made it and very happy!! I even treated myself to some running legging things yesterday and was so self conscious lumbering about, but actually by the time I’d met the 20th runner wearing the same I forgot I was wearing them!
I’ve been reading about not checking what is to come & how that can be better so I didn’t look for a few days before - but I knew it had the 5 minute run. So happily do the 3, then the 5 (hurrah) then the 3 and am so so pleased that I’ve finished it all, then Laura says walk for 90 seconds! What! I say out loud!! Oh blimey another 5 minute run I actually started laughing in shock!! Anyway by some miracle I actually do it!! I love this programme!!
I know run 2 is going to feel hideous now 😆 but I actually ran, it wasn’t a fluke, it wasn’t stumbling along for a bit and I didn’t collapse - woweeeee!!!

Well done!! I did W4R2 this morning and it wasn’t as hideous as I was expecting. Advice to me was to slow down, so I did and it was so much... I wouldn’t say easier but bearable lol, even the last 5 minute run was ok, I still felt it but the last 2.5 minutes felt better than the first. Good luck on your next run!!
That's great run 2 was ok! I always find that middle run the worst so am not looking forward to it!! Well, I sort of am ha! It's good there's a few of us at the same stage!
Running for 5 minutes sounds amazing well done, I'm only on week 2 and am trying to avoid looking ahead . I've decided I just can't count beyond 2 when running every time I think I've done all the runs and the oh dear there's another one.
I actually wanted to do multiple likes on this post. I start wk4 on Saturday and I suspect that's how I'll feel as well. But you did it and that's great to hear!!!
