Finally managed to get W9R3 done and I'm absolutely delighted with myself 😃 ...Actually been doing the 5k since week8 but my last run of the program was actually my fastest ...completed the 5k in a record breaking 30.15 ...so all I want to know is where is the Graduation party 😂😂 ...

Thanks OndaC33 was finding it difficult to get the runs in since I started my new job 3 weeks ago ...I really don't want it to stop here looking at 10k as the next target 😃

Yes - I found it difficult as Christmas approached with competing tasks and shorter days.. so amazing to stick to it with starting a new job as well. I recently graduated - I've been trying the C25K+ podcasts for the last two weeks and its another little step up. I'd recommend them to keep you going for a few weeks - run to the beat! (You'll find out what I 'm talking about.... )
