Well I've only gone and registered for the Race for Life 5K, its in June. My aim is to run the whole way. All being well I will have completed the C25K 6 weeks before this event, which will give me plenty of time to be confident I can do it.

Race for life is what got me started with C25K last year. It enabled me to successfully run the whole way round for the first time ever - previously I had only ever walked! It is good to have a goal to aim for. Good luck
