Well I found myself signing up for the "Race for Life" today in Southport in June so I will certainly need to keep on track to be able to do this

Thanks greenlegs, no I have not done one before. I am only just started Couch25K again and I thought that by signing up for the race for life it would encourage me to keep going.

well done you, race for life is a great cause, i too have signed up for it- the epsom one. its a win win case really, cancer research recieves donations and we stay motivated to get fit :) xx

Me too, in dorset! I was a running virgin before I started c25k but now I love it! It really motivates me to know that friends and family are sponsoring me to do it,can't let them down! Starting week 5 today!
