Just keep telling yourself, one more step, one more step....

Never would I have thought me capable of running for 20 minutes. Now with that massive sense of achievement of completing Week 5 Run 3, it feels like I'm running for fun. And I'm unfit, 41, 15 stone....

To those of you on Week 1 and 2 - stick with it. Those first two weeks, it felt like absolute folly in the face of adversity and 5K a ridiculous target. Not to mention strange pains and muscles that had never shown their face before.

But you get there......

Stick with it. Just keep putting one foot in front of another. You have my utter respect for marching out there when its far easier not to go.

Put your best food forward and keep going....
