Week 6 Run 3 coming back into the wind, too hot with my sweatshirt on and the beginnings of a stitch I felt for the first time I wanted to stop
Looked at my interval timer (no posh phone app for me I'm afraid) and there was still 5 mins of running left! Thankfully my bloodymindedness kicked in and I resolved myself to keep going - literally taking one step at a time, trying not to think about how long was left, just determined to run until the beep said I could walk.
I have never been so happy to hear that beep - but I did it.... I just ran non-stop for 25 mins

This running lark is definitely a mind game - your bloodymindedness will be valuable in the last couple of weeks. Keep going you are doing amazing things!
Well done, thats a brilliant achievement 👏👏I’ve just done w4r2 and decided to run for 10 minutes on the last run. I thought that was good. Onwards and upwards.
That's the great thing about this programme - sometimes it seems that the jumps in running times are completely random and unachievable but somehow, magically, it works! x
